Teamwire logfiles need to be sent straight from the app on Android devices.
Therefore please visit your User Profile
in the Teamwire
app and tap the user name below the avatar 7 times to enable the developer's menu.
You'll now find the "Developer Settings"
at the very end of the in-app settings menu. Please enable the logs, then reproduce the behaviour (if the behaviour appears irregular, please leave the logging activated until the behaviour reappears) and send the local file by email.
