We would like to inform you about the launch of a monthly Teamwire Patch-Day.
On this day, new software updates will be installed for our products. Alongside troubleshooting, we thereby ensure continuous performance of important security updates.
If that Tuesday is a public holiday in Bavaria, Germany, the patch day will be moved to the following Tuesday.
So far, we always maintained our systems while announcing the respective maintenance windows via our HelpDesk. Thanks to the Patch-Day being scheduled on the first Tuesday of each month, additional announcements will no longer be necessary. This allows you to take the monthly scheduled maintenance into account, while previously maintenance windows had to be scheduled partly at short notice.
