We would like to inform you about an incident that recently caused several brief outages of the Teamwire Cloud.

 

After a thorough analysis, we were able to identify a fault in the server’s operating system as the cause. The operating system had been affected by a bug in one of the recent versions, which, in certain cases, caused the kernel processes to stop. This issue has since been resolved by the operating system manufacturer.

 

The Teamwire Cloud has had nearly 100% availability over the past years, and high availability has always been a central part of our service promise.

 

We will continue to work on optimising our internal processes to minimise the likelihood of such incidents in the future.
