As of 1 November 2026, we will no longer provide support for Platform 3. Please note that since the release of Platform 4, all new optimisations, bug fixes, and security features have been included exclusively in the new major version.
→ If your Teamwire Server is already running Platform 4 - perfect! Just make sure to keep your appliance updated.
→ If you're still on Platform 3, please read further.
To ensure ongoing security, system stability, and compliance, it is essential to update to the latest platform version before the transition period ends. This measure is directly related to our Foundations guidelines and is mandatory for secure operating practices.
