Changes in the sign-in process with email and phone

We would like to inform you about recent changes in the sign-in process via email and phone for Teamwire users.

 

  • The confirmation email now has an expiration time of 24 hours. After that time, the confirmation link sent via email will not be valid anymore.
  • In addition, the SMS with the confirmation PIN will be sent shortly and only after the user has clicked the link in their email.

 

Note to on-premise customers and Teamwire partners: This change is introduced with backend release prod-16.3.0-2022-05-16-08-33-14
