Information on server security and password changes

This information is addressed to Teamwire on-premise customers and partners.


We always focus on the security of our systems. Therefore, we will be updating the credentials for the administrator account at regular intervals.

 

ℹ️ What does this mean for you as a customer?

After a major update, please contact your Teamwire Partner or our Support team to obtain the new password for the Teamwire Server user 'teamwire'. We strongly recommend changing this to your own custom password immediately after a successful login.

 

🗃️ Which platform versions are affected?

  • This applies only to "Major Releases" of the Teamwire Platform, e.g. Platform 4.0.0.
  • Only Platform 4 and subsequent major releases will be provided with a new and updated password.
  • Passwords for Platform 3 and older versions remain unchanged.
