We would like to remind you about the upcoming Teamwire APNs certificate expiration date on 1 October 2023.
Please replace the certificate in time to ensure continued delivery of Apple Push Notifications for your Teamwire apps. The new APNs certificate is available for download.
New validity period: 5 September 2023 - 4 October 2024
What you need to do
- Download the new certificate
- Teamwire partners can download the new certificate from Partner Area in the Teamwire Wiki
- Customers can request the new certificate from their Teamwire partner or get in touch with our support team
- Schedule the certificate replacement for your server environment
- Follow step by step the instructions in our Server Manual for updating the APNs certificate
