This information is addressed to all Teamwire customers and partners.

Previously, for convenience, many user accounts were based on our users' real names. To comply with the principle of data minimisation and to keep your identity within the system completely anonymous, we are transitioning all accounts to anonymised, standardised usernames. This ensures that it is impossible to trace any data back to you personally.

Since our 📘Knowledge Base contains valuable know-how and sensitive data, we are taking our security measures to the next level.

What is changing?

From now on, to access the Knowledge Base, you will need:

  • Your new username

  • A password

How to get your new login data

Here is how it works:

  1. Request account
Send a short email to request your new login data for the Knowledge Base.

  2. Confirm your email
You will receive a secure link from us to retrieve your credentials. Please briefly confirm your email address.

  3. Log in
Use your new username and password to log in. You can now access all documents as usual.

Thank you for your understanding and for helping us make our collaboration even safer.

If you have any questions about setting up the certificate, we’re here to help.

Best regards,

Your Customer Success team
