Configuration changes for Teamwire Harbor Service

This information is addressed to all Teamwire customers and channel partners who run a private Teamwire environment (OnPremise).


The protection and security is our top priority. That's why we're informing you today about a configuration change we are introducing for the access to the Teamwire Harbor platform.

 

 

What is the Harbor platform and when is access required?

Customers with a private Teamwire environment (OnPremise) authenticate at Harbor to receive backend and platform updates.

 

 

What needs to be noted in future?

From 01.05.2024 the Teamwire Harbor service will only be accessible via IP address. If necessary, please ensure to make the required configurations in your environment in time.

 

All details can be found in the Teamwire Knowledge Base in Administration > Firewall-Configuration > Endpoints for Teamwire Services (Access required).
