This information is addressed to customers and Teamwire channel partners, which run their own Teamwire Server (OnPremise).

We are writing to inform you about a change to our DNS-based backend redirection process. As you may know, many of our partners use this option to avoid accidental user logins on the Teamwire Cloud.

Until now, we have been managing redirects to OnPremise installations directly. However, this created additional work for our admins and made customers also dependent on our server configuration. In order to streamline our process and provide more flexibility for our customers and partners, we have decided to change our approach.

What will be different?

As of today, Teamwire GmbH will no longer be setting up new redirections to customer or partner server environments. Existing redirects will remain active for the time being, and we have no definitive plans to deactivate them. If any changes are made, we will inform you in due time.

How do you set up a redirection?

To assist with this change, we have created a new document titled "Automated Backend Redirection", which outlines how to automatically redirect Teamwire users to a specific Teamwire Server based on their email domain.

This how-to is available for read in our
